If this is the case, then please do not hesitate to contact us using the form below. Beige House will be happy to help you, and will reply to all your questions as soon as we can. Shipping we aim to deliver to you within 10 working days, however this can vary during busy periods or stock issues. Small items will be posted to you via an external courier. For larger items, these will be delivered via a 2 man delivery service, who may contact you to arrange a delivery day and time. At this moment in time we can only deliver to UK mainland only, and will look to expand this in future.

If you are wanting to make a returns claim, then please use the returns email (returns@beigehouse.co.uk) or the contact form at the bottom of the page. Before making a returns claim, then please ensure you follow all the required steps explained to you on the T&Cs page. ​For returns, please remember you need to contact us within 48 hours for any damages or we may not be able to replace/return this item. You also have 10 working days to contact us for any other returns. All other returns apart from damages will result in a 50% restocking fee, and all delivery charges will be at your own expense.

Please DO NOT return any items without first contacting us. As the return address may be different from what is on the packaging, and this may result in you not receiving a refund. All returns must be in original packaging.

If you have an order number then please provide it in the required box to make it easier for finding. Also, please provide a subject of reason for contacting, e.g returns, enquiry, so that we can process through the correct department.
